OPoCCtGP's Week 15 Blog: Apr 5 - Apr 11

Thursday, April 9th:
Workout: None. Should do some foot exercises to strengthen and relieve pain.

Food:
9:00 am: Two small bites chocolate
9:10 am: Two chocolate covered almonds
10:00 am: 3/4 cup rolled oats cooked in water, 3/4 cup soymilk added, 1 packet sugar, 1 cup hot tea
11:00 am: 6 sesame seed crackers
12:20 pm: Salad with greens, chickpeas, sliced onions, avocado, mustard dressing and portabello mushrooms. Very filling.
12:50 pm: 4 chocolate covered espresso beans, 2 chocolate covered almonds, 1 cup hot tea.
1:45 pm: 1/2 packet roasted peanuts (prob 120 cals)
3:10 pm: 2 dried figs.
3:25 pm: 4 sesame seed crackers
4:00 pm: 1 cup coffee, 1 shortbread cookie
