Workout:
Made it to the gym! 1 mile on treadmill. 11 min/mile. 20 mins on elliptical after run.

Food:
10:00 am: Leftover Thai noodles
1:40 pm: Bowl of roasted red pepper soup, one slice bread with butter, and fake chicken patty w/ masala sauce.

OPoCCtGP's Wed, Apr 16th post

Workout
Strength training: glutes, abductors, adductors, dead lifts, squats, calf raises, lunges.

Food
10:00 am: Bowl of cereal, one fake chicken patty w/ ketchup.
1:15 pm: पनीर-puff, all पनीर part, and 1/2 puff part.
1:30 pm: Eggless chocolate pastry. Mmmm. :डी
7:00 pm: Shared appetizers of steamed vegetable potstickers and fresh veggie spring rolls. Had half of spicy noodle with tofu. Shared amongst four the two desserts - green tea icecream and sticky rice with banana. Drank LOTS of jasmine tea!

Suchi: April16th, Wednesday

7:00 am : Coffee
9:00am: Banana
11:00 : I know I am going to be hungry around this time. Didn't get anything from home to eat. Wonder what I should eat. Any suggestions????
12:00 : 2 rotis and mixed veggies ( Thanks to MIL freezing food for us!;) )

Workout
None. Gym bag packed. But couldn't make it. I'm sick. :(

Food
10:00 am: Small piece of leftover lasagna.
12:30 pm: Cup of soup with sauteed portobella baby mushrooms.
3:00 pm: Cereal with 1% milk.
6:45 pm: Half an enchilada.
8:00 pm: THREE, count 'em, THREE Fannie Mae chocolates.
9:45 pm: Another half of the enchilada
10:00 pm: ANOTHER Fannie Mae chocolate! :(

OPoCCtGP's Apr 12 - Apr 14 post

Workout
Ran 1 1/2 miles or so on Saturday. Outside, in the rain. Felt good to run, even though it was COLD!
Nothing else.

Food
Ate a lot. :) Went to celebrate my birthday @ the Chicago Diner, and had a blast. Vegan food, scrumptious vegan desserts - what more can one ask for.
Fell sick yesterday, and ate WAAAY too much chocolate. Don't ask. :( Too much. Hopefully today, i.e. Tuesday is better. :)
