OPoCCtGP's Wed, Apr 16th post

Workout
Strength training: glutes, abductors, adductors, dead lifts, squats, calf raises, lunges.

Food
10:00 am: Bowl of cereal, one fake chicken patty w/ ketchup.
1:15 pm: पनीर-puff, all पनीर part, and 1/2 puff part.
1:30 pm: Eggless chocolate pastry. Mmmm. :डी
7:00 pm: Shared appetizers of steamed vegetable potstickers and fresh veggie spring rolls. Had half of spicy noodle with tofu. Shared amongst four the two desserts - green tea icecream and sticky rice with banana. Drank LOTS of jasmine tea!

Good job on not eating the entier Puff. Did u get that from Hot Breads? Let me know when you go there next time.
