Workout:
Made it to the gym! 1 mile on treadmill. 11 min/mile. 20 mins on elliptical after run.

Food:
10:00 am: Leftover Thai noodles
1:40 pm: Bowl of roasted red pepper soup, one slice bread with butter, and fake chicken patty w/ masala sauce.
