12:20 pm - One bowl sesame-ginger soup with added frozen veggies
4:45 pm - One fruit and walnut salad from McDonalds

Wow. This blog is already making me go down the right path. I thought of donuts and wanted an apple crumb one from DD, but I'm not gonna get it!!! Coz I'd have to write it down. The blog rocks! :)
