Yeah, healthy enough, I'd say. :) Probably too much salt. Tastes decent. Even better (taste and healthwise!) if you add frozen veggies to the soup. Dennis got them from World Market, but I think they're available in Dominick's too. The brand is Thai Kitchen.
Me gonna check it out! I need to find some snacky foods that are Healthy.
