(Wow, more than a month since my last post....)
Wednesday, May 13th:
Workout:
15 mins at gym at lunch break. Warmup/Cooldown and 1 mile at 9 min mile, no stopping.
Food:
2 1/2 cups सबुदाना खिचडी
2 1/2 thin जलेबी
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup सूखे आलू मटर
2 1/2 cups दाल with tadkaa
2 1/2 Hide & Seek chocolate chip cookies.
(So far it's turning into the day or twos and halves!)
3-4 चिक्की pieces
3/4 cup बैंगन भरता
1/2 cup पालक पनीर
1/2 cup खीर
Thursday, May 14:
Workout:
14 mins 20 seconds in gym. :) (1 mile at 9 min mile, w/o stopping, rest warming up/cooling down)
Food:
10:00 am: 1 cup oats with soymilk
10:45 am: 1 Hide & Seek cookie
11:30 am: 1 cup पालक पनीर
2:00 pm: 2 cups पोहा
3:00 pm: 1/2 cup mango
4:30 pm: 2 Hide & Seek cookies
7:00 pm: 1 1/2 रोटी, 1/2 cup cabbage साबजी, 1 cup पालक पनीर
Friday, May 15th:
Workout:
Just exercises at physio. Nothing special.
Food:
9:30 am: 1 1/2 cup sabudana khichdi
10:30 am: 1 1/2 cup mango
1:30 pm: 2 cups beet sabji, 4 Hide & Seek cookies
2:15 pm: 1 cup hot tea
4:00 pm: 2 Hide & Seek cookies
4:15 pm: 1 cup गोभी आलू, 1 lemon cookie, 1 tsp drinking chocolate
