LoR's update - Week 3

Continuation of week 3.

The Zen of workout - What starts out bad, usually most often ends the same way!!

Thursday - no workout - food ok - $1
Friday - no workout - food ok - $1
Saturday - no workout - food ok - 1 homemade dessert - $1
Sunday - 50 minutes on treadmill between 4 and 4.5 mph - food ok - but dessert again - $1

Contribution = $4.

Total so far = $3 + $8 + $4 = $15!!
