Suchi Jan 18th - Jan 25th.

Tuesday, Jan 20th
7:00 am 2% CM non fat.
9:am 1 cup tea, popcorn and handful almonds
12:00 Smart Ones Ravioli with Spinach. ( 5 points). Need to understand the point system
2:00pm: Some more Almonds with Popcorn.
4:30 pm: Biryani. Way too much rice. Not GOOD!
7:00pm : Turnip Vegetable with very little rice.
1 Yoplait Yogurt
10:00pm : Orange

Wednesday, Jan 21st.
7:00 am : 2%CM ( coffeee)
9:30 am : 1 cup tea with Kurmura snack



Thursday Jan 22nd
7:00 am : 2% CM
9:00 am : Kurmura Snack and Wallaby non fat yogurt
12:00 pm : Mixed Hunan Vegetables with little rice
4:00pm: Damn that Biryani.
7:00pm : Mixed veggies in Fenugreek, Lentil Soup and Hummus. 1 coke.

Friday Jan 23rd:
7:00 am Coffee with Fenugreek veggies
9:00 am : Tea

Wooo hooo! Suchi! You're on here. :) Ravioli sounds delish. :D You prob know this - point system's weight watchers' way of measuring a food's value.

Yeah, I want to know how many points am I allowed in a day. Do u know how one figures that out.
