Workout:
Swam for about 15 minutes.
Food:
9:20 am: 150 cals of roasted salted almonds, 1 jelly donut cupcake, 3 dried figs.
11:30 am: 150 cals of salted cashews, 1 English muffin, 6 "meatballs" with marinara sauce, 10 Rainer cherries
2:30 pm: 10 Rainer cherries
