OPoCCtGP's PuBaSWoP Plan - Day 5, Saturday, Aug 26th

Workout
Treadmill. 45 mins. 15 mins at 5 mph. 15 mins at 5.5 mph. 1.5 mins rest by walking at 3.5 mph. 15 mins at 5 mph. Yay!! Could feel it in my ankles. :) When I wanted to give up, I was inspired by the swimmers on TV.

Food
Not sooo hot. But could be worse. :) Had small portions of dessert instead of full sized ones. Yay!!!

Good going girl. That's a lot of running and how precice. :) I usually do count the 'rest' in betweens as part of the whole deal. :D

Dudette. The amount of cake I had at the doggy shower yesterday(?!) - I'm donating another dollar for my dessert indescretion!! Thus my total money donation for first week - $2.

Funny that I changed my donation to $2 too. I had a big ass icecream [2 scoops] on Saturday and I had home made festival sweets on Sunday. That is twice over the weekend!
