9:45 am: Stuffed red pepper. (I <3 style="font-style: italic;">12:50 pm: One bite of eggless chocolate pastry. Mmmm...
1:45 pm: Mango milkshake with 1% milk (about 2 cups), ice and lots of mango pulp. Not the best thing for the NPiRSaSBL, but very tasty.
4:30 pm: 6 fries. :( One bowl of honey bunches of oats with 1% milk
5:00 pm: One English muffin with butter
8:45 pm: Half a stuffed pepper, chocolate skinny cow ice cream sandwich
