Workout
Abs, legs at physiotherapist.

Food
8:40 am: Bowl of Post Select cereal with dates and pecans with 1% milk
11:20 am: 8 chocolate coated almonds.
12:30 pm: Bowl of rice with biryani spices and fake meatballs, but no veggies
12:50 pm: Small bowl of Rainer cherries
2:00 pm: Cup of cappuccino, w/ 2 sachets of sugar
2:30 pm: Two pieces of चिक्की (Turns out I eat a lot!)
4:30 pm: One toasted English muffin w/ butter
8:30 pm: One can tomato soup, made with 1% milk, 4 halves of sun dried tomatoes, one cookie w/ 1/2 cup milk
