Workout
At home. Physio recommended leg and some ab exercises.

Food
12:20 pm: 1 1/2 pavs and bhaji at HotBreads. Am going to stay away from Indian fast food now on.
1:40 pm: Eating an eggless chocolate pastry while I ignore the abs of the woman on the right. (Is there any hope for me?)
9:00 pm: One stuffed pepper, 1/2 cup of mac and cheese, 1/2 cup of vanilla icecream w/ mango pulp and mint leaves, 1 ginger "beer" (145 cals).
