Breakfast- 1 cup of soymilk + 1 granola bar
Lunch- chinese!! ( 1 small brown rice + dynamite chicken! :)
Snack- 1 16 oz Light Caribou coffee coolata vanilla flavor ( barely finished half of it..dont want to be up all night!)
Dinner - 1 chapati, 2 pieces of nan + chana masala and a side of yoghurt with spinach kootu
Desert - 1 banana

Dudette - you eat so healthily! I heard that brown rice has 5 times the fiber of white. Way to go! :)
its funny..i never thought writing down what u eat can make u eat healthy! Now i think twice before ordering those fries!
Dudette! I know exactly what you mean! I think about it - do I really need it, or do I just want it? Its helping! Did you see the tag line to the blog - since P was MIA, and now Suchi is too - I should make it down to two now. :) It really helps me to know that I'm accountable to someone. :)
