Breakfast- 1 cup soymilk + 1 Nature valley granola bar
Lunch - Grilled chicken sandwich from Cosi + side of chips ( threw away the last few oily remnants)
Snack time!- 1 sixteen Chocolate Moood from JJ! (my personal favourite from JJ :-)
Dinner - Sushi at Sushi para..dont even know how many calories it was but they say fish is good for you so an occasional indulgence is ok.
Desert - 1 banana + 1 plum

I don't think sushi has that many calories. :) Unless its fried (haha! fried sushi - what an oxymoron!). I'm pretty sure its good for you. So, along with your really healthy dessert, I think your dinner meal was a healthy-dinner-model! :)
Dudette - sorry to be the purveyor of bad news, and maybe its not news to you at all :) - but did you know your Chocolate Moo'd has 480 calories? OMG! That's nuts! That's lunch! :)
Oh yeah - so the fruit juices and the Jamba lights seem much better. :)
yeah i checked that out on the JJ website so its an occasional indulgence and i gave half of mine to NK yesterday so we can share the calories!
