Breakfast- 1 cup of vanilla soymilk
Lunch - Rice with Spinach kootu and 1 papad (roasted in oven)
Snack - 1 bag of baked Cheetos and 1 diet coke
Dinner- 3 chapatis ,aloo methi and chana masala with a side of yoghurt.
