8:00 am : Coffee and 1 Banana
10:00 am: 1 non fat plain yogurt.
12:30pm: Aloo baingan, Kofta , 2 Rotis and Delicious Mangoes. It was a delicious meal.

So far no rice, good job on your commitment!
Suchi! I can't believe that you stop eating after lunch everyday! Don't starve yourself. That's not a good way to lose weight. Keep eating. :P
