Momentum's Friday, April 4th

Workout- 2.5 miles on elliptical, 25 crunches + Lots of walking in the mall

Brunch- 4 idlis and sambar (it feels good to have brunch on a weekday!)

Snack- 4 idlis and chutney

Dinner- Milk with bournvita
