OPoCCtGP's Tue, Apr 1st blog.

Workout:
35 mins on the elliptical machine. 295 calories. Felt good to be sweating again.

Food:
Breakfast (9:30 am): Hot Spanish patatas, 2 slices of garlic bread with lots of goat cheese.
Lunch (12:30 pm): 2 places veggie Fiesta sushi, 2 cups green tea.
Snack (3:00 pm): Half a chocolate pastry. 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 Bosc pear. :(
Dinner (7:00 pm): Cup low fat bean soup and 1/2 portabella panino from Panera.
