Food
Breakfast (10:20 am): Cup of cereal with 1% milk, one small apple.
Lunch (12:30 pm): One रोटी (with घी/oil), some दाल, a few pieces of पनीर in पनीर सब्जी, गाजर का हलवा। Some rice.
Snack (3:30 pm): One रोटी (with घी/oil), rest of पनीर (probably about 6 or so pieces)।
Snack (5:00 pm): Two candied ginger chocolates.
Dinner (8:30 pm): Three hardshell white corn tacos, with Boca crumbles filling, fat free sour cream, easy on cheese and veggie toppings. Stayed away from dessert - yay! :)
