Workout: None :(

Breakfast- 1 cup milk with Bournvita

Lunch- Steamed veggies and a small bowl fruit (why do vegeterians suffer in office lunches??)

Dinner- 5 idlis with sambar

No kidding - why do we suffer in office lunches? :(
