Ate badly, didn't do much exercise wise. No details. :(

Monday, July 19:
Workout:
Swam for about 15 minutes.

Food:
9:20 am: 150 cals of roasted salted almonds, 1 jelly donut cupcake, 3 dried figs.
11:30 am: 150 cals of salted cashews, 1 English muffin, 6 "meatballs" with marinara sauce, 10 Rainer cherries
2:30 pm: 10 Rainer cherries

10:00 am: 1 bowl slow cooking oats with 1/2 cup soymilk and 1 packet raw sugar
10:30 am: 1 maple cookie with "cream" filling
11:30 am: 4 pieces of dried mangosteen

Wednesday, May 13th:
Workout:
15 mins at gym at lunch break. Warmup/Cooldown and 1 mile at 9 min mile, no stopping.
Food:
2 1/2 cups सबुदाना खिचडी
2 1/2 thin जलेबी
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup सूखे आलू मटर
2 1/2 cups दाल with tadkaa
2 1/2 Hide & Seek chocolate chip cookies.
(So far it's turning into the day or twos and halves!)
3-4 चिक्की pieces
3/4 cup बैंगन भरता
1/2 cup पालक पनीर
1/2 cup खीर

Thursday, May 14:
Workout:
14 mins 20 seconds in gym. :) (1 mile at 9 min mile, w/o stopping, rest warming up/cooling down)
Food:
10:00 am: 1 cup oats with soymilk
10:45 am: 1 Hide & Seek cookie
11:30 am: 1 cup पालक पनीर
2:00 pm: 2 cups पोहा
3:00 pm: 1/2 cup mango
4:30 pm: 2 Hide & Seek cookies
7:00 pm: 1 1/2 रोटी, 1/2 cup cabbage साबजी, 1 cup पालक पनीर

Friday, May 15th:
Workout:
Just exercises at physio. Nothing special.
Food:
9:30 am: 1 1/2 cup sabudana khichdi
10:30 am: 1 1/2 cup mango
1:30 pm: 2 cups beet sabji, 4 Hide & Seek cookies
2:15 pm: 1 cup hot tea
4:00 pm: 2 Hide & Seek cookies
4:15 pm: 1 cup गोभी आलू, 1 lemon cookie, 1 tsp drinking chocolate

Thursday, April 9th:
Workout: None. Should do some foot exercises to strengthen and relieve pain.

Food:
9:00 am: Two small bites chocolate
9:10 am: Two chocolate covered almonds
10:00 am: 3/4 cup rolled oats cooked in water, 3/4 cup soymilk added, 1 packet sugar, 1 cup hot tea
11:00 am: 6 sesame seed crackers
12:20 pm: Salad with greens, chickpeas, sliced onions, avocado, mustard dressing and portabello mushrooms. Very filling.
12:50 pm: 4 chocolate covered espresso beans, 2 chocolate covered almonds, 1 cup hot tea.
1:45 pm: 1/2 packet roasted peanuts (prob 120 cals)
3:10 pm: 2 dried figs.
3:25 pm: 4 sesame seed crackers
4:00 pm: 1 cup coffee, 1 shortbread cookie

10:30 am: Large bowl of rice and yellow curry with tofu, 8 chocolate covered espresso beans, 2 chocolate covered almonds
12:00 noon: 4 chocolate covered espresso beans
12:35 pm: Two dates

March 12th:
Workout:
None again. :(

Food:

9:45 am: Two dried figs; large bowl light yellow curry with tofu, and 1/2 cup rice; one maple leaf cookie with cream filling; handful (4-5) dried mangosteen.
11:00 am: 2 chocolate covered expresso beans, 2 dried figs.
1:40 pm: One bowl oat bran with soy milk and sugar; 2 chocolate covered almonds
2:00 pm: One Bosc pear
2:30 pm: 1 slice dried spiced mango

3:30 pm: 2 slices dried spiced mango
5:20 pm: 2 chocolate covered almonds

Thursday, Jan 29:
Workout:
6 Surya namaskars, squats and jumps, jumping jacks, ab exercises, swimming practice (floating and using legs) for 10 minutes

Food:
9:30 am: 1 cup rice milk with 3/4 cup cereal
10:00 am: 2 dark chocolate covered peanuts, 1 choc covered almond, 1 choc covered cashew
12:20 pm: 1 large bowl salad with sliced cucumber, carrots, steamed broccoli, sesame seed dressing. About 3 potato chips. 1/2 packed single serving baby carrots with hummus. 1/2 pita bread with lots of hummus.
1:20 pm: 3 chocolate covered almonds
3:00 pm: Two calcium chews, 5 roasted almonds (!!)
3:17 pm: Four more roasted almonds, one handful goji berries
5:00 pm: 1/2 pita bread with lots of hummus
10:00 pm: 2 pieces Italian bread with vegan cream cheese and maple syrup

9:00 am: One chocolate covered almond
9:30 am: 1/4 cup Spanish rice, Udon noodle soup with frozen vegetables

12:00 Smart Ones Ravioli with Spinach. ( 5 points). Need to understand the point system
2:00pm: Some more Almonds with Popcorn.
4:30 pm: Biryani. Way too much rice. Not GOOD!
7:00pm : Turnip Vegetable with very little rice.
1 Yoplait Yogurt
10:00pm : Orange

Wednesday, Jan 21st.
7:00 am : 2%CM ( coffeee)
9:30 am : 1 cup tea with Kurmura snack



Thursday Jan 22nd

9:00 am : Kurmura Snack and Wallaby non fat yogurt
12:00 pm : Mixed Hunan Vegetables with little rice
4:00pm: Damn that Biryani.
7:00pm : Mixed veggies in Fenugreek, Lentil Soup and Hummus. 1 coke.

Food:
AM: 1 waffle with maple syrup, 1 cup pasta with few carrots and broccoli, 1 large piece cake
Afternoon: 1 piece cake, peppermint tea, one slice bread with margarine and chilli pickle
PM: Rice with stir fry vegetables
Late PM: Slice of bread, chocolate covered almonds

Monday, Jan 19:
Workout:
35 mins of cardio, stretching.
Food:
10:00 - 11:00 am:
1 cup dates, 4 भाकरवडी, 1/2 bar dark चॉकलेट
12:25 pm: One मसाला burger, one slice of bread, cucumber slices, Vegenaise. Three chocolate covered almonds.
1:20 pm: One cup black tea.
4:20 pm: Two chocolate covered almonds, four भाकरवडी।
4:40 pm: Two large handfuls of goji berries
7:00 pm: 1 1/2 cup spaghetini pasta with small amounts of broccoli and carrots

Tuesday, Jan 20:
Workout:
25 mins stationary bike, level 10.
4 different core strengthening exercises.
10 mins swimming practice.

Food:
AM: 8 dates, 40 cals worth black chocolate
12:20 pm: 2 cups spaghetini pasta with small amounts of broccoli and carrots
12:50 pm: 2 chocolate covered almonds
1:20 pm: 30 cals worth black chocolate. Haha. I mean dark. ;)
2:20 pm: One cup pink lemonade tea
2:55 pm: 1 भाकरवडी। Handful goji berries.
3:30 pm: 5 भाकरवडी। Five. :( Atleast they're all gone! Mindless eating needs to STOP!
5:00 pm: 1/2 cup खिचडी. Maybe some chocolate covered almonds. Can't remember. :(
9:30 pm: Lots of potato chips with garlic hummus. Good for me for hummus, not so good for chips.

Wednesday, Jan 21:
Workout:
3 sets of strengthening exercises for shoulders. 3 sets for back.

Food:
9:30 am: Handful goji berries। Terrible baked chips - one packet.
10:30 am: 1/2 cup five grain hot cereal with 3/4 cup soymilk and 2 packets turbinado sugar.
12:30 pm: 1 slice bread with one मसाला burger, Vegenaise, guacamole, sliced cucumber। About 10 potato chips with hummus. Large bowl spring greens with baby carrots and broccoli, little Asian dressing.
2:30 pm: 3 chocolate almonds
4:15 pm: 300 calories of roasted cashews. :( Two handfuls of dark chocolate covered nuts.
7:30 pm: 1 रोटी, 1 cup राजमा, 1/3 cup zucchini सब्जी, 3/4 cup आलू मटर

Thursday, Jan 22:
Workout:
Balancing exercise. 18 mins of running. (5 mins at 6 mph, 4 mins at 7 mph). 10 mins swimming.

Food:
9:30 am: 5 grain hot cereal with 1/2 cup soymilk and two packets sugar.
10:30 am: Two chocolate covered almonds
1:20 pm: Some potato chips, 1 1/2 cup steamed broccoli, 1 single serving packet baby carrots with lots of hummus, one रोटी, 1 cup दाल.
3:00 pm: 8 chocolate covered almonds, about 70 cals of roasted cashews.
5:00 pm: 1/2 bosc pear
9:00 pm: 1 1/2 cup राजमा, 1/2 cup आलू मटर.

Friday, Jan 23:
Workout:
None.

Food:
9:40 am: 1 cup खिचडी
11:20 am: 8 dark chocolate coated nuts
12:30 pm: Vegetable soup, baguette piece, 1/2 Mediterranean sandwich
1:30 pm: 8 chocolate covered almonds :(
3:30 pm: Pickle, 1/2 Mediterranean sandwich
Sometime pm: Handful Goji berries
5:30 pm: 1 small apple

Bad so far. Starting blog on Jan 9th. Will keep track of foods starting from 2:00 pm, CST.
3:09 pm: Two chocolate covered almonds. Wanted to eat something. :) Stopped at two though!!
3:30 pm: One large cup "pink lemonade" tea.
4:00 pm: Two handfuls goji berries.

6:30 pm: Lite red curry, 3/4 cup rice, 1 1/2 egg roll, 1 1/2 cup banana sweet
