(Last week was a tough one with demanding work and trying to keep up with some kind
of workout
routine....though slacked off with food/drinks. Will try to be good in coming weeks
and also workout almost everyday.
Count down has begun, time to be serious. So I am investing in some better shoes
and also looking at gear/apparel so if you guys have any tips of sites or stores
please let me know. As my group leader says..."keep Running!!!")

Around the clock, is herbal tea all you're having for breakfast? You need to eat more! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! And only an energy bar isn't enough either!!

Slacked off with food, had way too many presentations and meetings!!!
When I take food from home, usually pack mini snacks along with lunch. Next week hoping breakfast and lunches and of course mini snacks would be better.

Do keep suggesting and advising....helps a lot. Been doing a lot of research as well to be as focused as possible to build myself. Not worried about time just hoping to finish the marathon:D

I went to Competetive Foot in OP [a hop from your place] and the folks who work there were knowledgeable in the shoes and definitely did help out. The selection of shoes is not way too much, but they carry on top of the line shoes for running and other activities. Do check that out.

They are out of fuel belts and their selection in apparel is not a whole lot too.. but good for shoes.

Keep up the workouts and hopefully you will get back to running this week.
