Lunch @ 12:15: Amy's enchilada, 1 apple
Pre workout snack @ 5 pm: 1 string cheese, 8 almonds
Dinner @ 8:30 pm: 1 chapati, 1 paratha, capsicum sabzi, chickpea salad
Workout: Ran on the treadmill for 4 miles.
