A.M. - Nothing.
Food
Breakfast - Cup of milk, 1 cup of honey nut cherios.
Lunch - Half a Buona Beef chopped salad with dressing on the side. Dinner sized bread roll. Kid size scoop (yay!) of Baskin Robbin's Baseball nut icecream.
Snack - Rest of the Buona Beef chopped salad.
Snack - 1 tsp. fruit and nut peel mix.
Dinner - Tom yum soup. Yum! Tofu with eggplant and rice.

What is this fruit and nut peel mix? From the VM [vending machine] or home prepared?
Nah. Its the tootie frutie thing we get in India. Or the stuff that goes into fruit cakes at Christmas time. I buy it at the store. Just eat it with a spoon. Its basically corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. :(
